Chakras exercises are not shortcuts

I know of the huge popularity of Chakra exercises such as Kundalini which is said to be able to stabilize and prematurely activate the Chakras in the body. However there are warnings of the side-effects such exercises can bring about to the body to some people. I have heard countless accounts from people who underwent such exercises of their painful emotional and physical experiences brought about from it. Very often it is because the person’s body and mind is yet to be ready for such spiritually and physical enlightening experience. If one is ready for anything, one’s Spirit will always know and welcome him to the way so do not rush into anything whether it is beneficial or destructive to the body and Spirit. Remember that there can be no shortcuts if one wishes to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. The only natural way one can do so is to live through experience, suffer, learn, understand, overcome…

It is only though this trial that Man will truly be able to set foot on the Kingdom of Heaven. There can be no other shortcuts.

John 3:5-8 Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, `You must be born again.' The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."

Acts 14:21-22 They preached the good news in that city and won a large number of disciples. Then they returned to Lystra, Iconium and Antioch, strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith. "We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God," they said
