This is my own interpretation of Prophecy number 3.

The time the event took place could be at night as the dawn of day had yet to arrive, the skies would have reacted with the volatile space particles by this time or what should be related to the digits of 6:40 . The ability to see a distant planet in such conditions indicates that our whole solar system could be engulfed in the space particles. The seeing of a huge man-made satellite in the skies could indicate that the event would take place during or after the completion of it. The falling apart of the Victorian houses in the clouds could mean a lost of faith or desertion in what the houses could mean to the people of that time.
