Foods that are and are not beneficial
Sometimes people fail to recognize the foods that they are eating daily are harmful to the body. Those that are very common are caffeine from soft drinks, coffee and chocolate, alcohol from alcoholic drinks, Monosodium Glutamate(MSG) which helps flavor foods, and Meat. We are what we eat and we must be in control of what we want the food we eat to affect us, our body, our Mind and Spirit.
Plain bitter water is the most effective fluid for relieving thirst.
Caffeine and Alcohol dehydrates the body and the brain so avoid it at all costs.
Try to use herbs instead of artificial flavors in cooking.
Consume traditional Chinese herbs to strengthen the body once in a while.
Protein, vitamins and minerals from plants and vegetables are always healthier to those from animals.
